This is one of the St. Patty’s day crafts we made last weekend. I found a beautiful package of ribbons at the store and I knew the kids would love making a rainbow craft with them. These turned out so cute, I have proudly displayed them in the kids playroom – probably on a permanent basis. This is how we made them:
What you’ll need:
ribbons – red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple
white cardstock
scissors
large paper punch
gluestick
sharpie

Directions:
1. Using your paper punch and white cardstock, punch out lots of white circles. I think I used about 10 circles for each cloud.
2. Use your gluestick and glue your circles together to make a cloud shape.
3. Cut the ribbon at your desired length with the scissors. Glue the ribbon onto the back of the clouds in the rainbow order using your gluestick. Allow to dry.
4. When dry, flip it over and draw a cute little face on your cloud.

The kids LOVE these. They ran with them around the house the whole day we made them with the ribbons flying behind them like streamers. So much fun!
Here are mine, Kirsten’s and Camden’s rainbows:
